This was my second purchase at Eric’s. I had bought the white shoes in another color and found them to be so comfortable we went back for the white ones. While there I noticed the navy shoes, which is a hard color to find in the spring. I’ve been wearing them almost everyday with my jeans. It feels like I’m walking on air. Shoes aside, the sales staff is so friendly and accommodating. They really know their business. I had been purchasing shoes online before having heard about this store. I highly recommend it.

Store credit only for returns. They hold your money hostage and they don’t tell you when you shop there for the first time. I have a hard time buying shoes that are comfortable. When I got home the pairs were too tight. Now I’m stuck with store credit. Several brands that they sell will give you your money back even if you’ve worn them for 6months if you buy directly from manufacturer. Satisfaction guaranteed. In this day and age why would anyone shop at a store that won’t refund original form of payment?!

I have been going to Eric Comfort Shoes for many years. They have a wonderful selection of all types of footware. They have very high quality European brands as well. This is a great store. Clean, bright interior with a great assortment of styles, colors and manufacturers. Jason and Harvey were terrific in making sure that I had the right shoes with the right fit.
